General littering, dog poop, broken glass

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6524014.

Near Hilly cars on Charles Street a dog walker is leaving dog poop on the street almost daily. Outside the dessert junky takeaway on the padhole road side of Charles Street, broken glass has been left. Lots of litter, fly tipping along the entire street plus the side streets ie Whalley street and Dickens street. I rarely leave my house because the street is full of litter, it depresses me. The walk through on Dickens street is full of cat sized rats black bags needles, dog poop.
