Damaged fence next to sub station

The fence near the sub station in Odecroft had been damaged for months, it is leaning towards the foot path and there are some sharp nails sticking out of the wooden post. Strong winds might force the fence to collapse and cause the further damage to privately own fences opposite or may hurt pedestrians walking by.
