Water coming from manhole cover

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6473407.

My previous report number 6333659 refers. The manhole has been identified by Anglian Water as a surface water drain and therefore under the City Council remit. Water has been leaking from this cover for some time and I have had no update on the above report. The manhole cover now appears to be sinking due to the continuous flow of water. It will become a slip hazard for cars and pedestrians if allowed to continue into winter. Could you please arrange remedial action.
