A huge amount of rubbish dumped around the recycling bins in Appleyard, Stanground. First reported on Sunday since when other items have been added. This is an absolute eyesore & the fact that something similar happens every every week reflects badly on the neighbourhood. It might help if new "Warning! 24 Hour CCTV" signs were placed on the bins.
