Trees cut down

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6452827.

Next door neighbours at 9 Southfields Drive Peterborough PE2 8qa have cut 2 huge trees down at the back of the property...but a large section of a cherry tree is on our property. What is the point of cutting down a tree if half the branches are on someone's property.
