The 3 trees at the rear of my property were marked earlier this year to be removed/trimmed but have not been, they are too tall so block all sunlight to my lawn , in addition to this they are so tall and heavy that they pose a significant safety risk when it is windy.

One of our Tree Surveyors has been to inspect found that there were issues with the rear of property clearance in 2023/24 as one of the residents requested that the trees on their rear fence was left so the team moved on but were unable to access further due to a very large volume of pet feaces that had been placed in the area covering the floor around the rear of these properties around an inch deep unfortunately the waste was deemed as unacceptable working conditions to put a team to do ground works under Health & Safety concerns. The Issue with pet waste will be required to be resolved before a team can safely work on this section of tree belt.
