Pavement sinking

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6430323.

Outside number 6 the pavement is sinking, Anglian water have been out a few times to dig things up and unable to find a leak. The owner of number 6 did contact the council initially and apparently we passed this onto Anglian Water. Anyhow AW have not found any issues. Can this be looked into?
