Disgusting dirty city centre

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6428916.

I went into town today and was shocked at the disgusting mess. There were homeless people drinking in the centre and along westgate. There was litter and weeds everywhere. The smell of urine was evident. Along by cex into cathedral square the parents are absolutely disgustingly dirty. I have emailed Andrew Pakes MP. You cannot let the city look like this. Where is your pride?
