Previous report number 6375116 refers. This has been closed but rubbish not collected. The rubbish is not on private land as suggested in the report but is in three piles at the bottom of the hedgerow on Russell Hill Thornhaugh - the right hand side as you turn into Thornhaugh from the A47 - pictures attached. Please remove.
