Car Transporters causing problems

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6306590.

For months now there has been a constant stream of car transporters loading and unloading cars near the Perl building. One of the disused car parks is being used for car storage. The transporters are loading and unloading on the road and this often causes bottlenecks for traffic at peak hours. Quite often there will be a transporter on either side of the road making this worse. I work in an office running parallel to this road and witness this daily.

This road has clearly indicated no stopping signs on either side of the road and they are being ignored.
