Litter everywhere

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6300731.

Why do you never work alongside National Highways to arrange litter picking during verge cutting? Verges have been cut and the amount if litter that has now been shredded everywhere and left is shocking. We have this issue every year and despite everything you say, nothing improves. Sort it out!
