This tenant keeps dumping rubbish 34 norman road

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6295031.

She and her family are dumping rubbish regularly which has now caused rats in the area. This has been reported previously and no one is taking any action, they have also parked a truck in the garden which shouldn’t be allowed as no dropped kerb, also sticking out on to the pavement

    Your report will be investigated further, and you will be provided with an update by Peterborough City Council Customer Services team.

    Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. Aragon Direct Services are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the landowner.

    In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further.

    Customer Services have investigated this further and have found the following closing comment from Aragon Direct.

    Confirmed by the Cleansing team that this is in somebody's private garden.

    Customer Services have logged your report with the environmental enforcement officer to attend the property and investigate the waste. The enforcement officer will either speak or write to the landlord or tenants to request for the waste to remove usually within 14 days of receiving a letter.
