Dear council, There is two drains that are blocked outside,there is a atrocious smell due to the drains being blocked outside my house,the water has gone right next to the traffic lights where this is causing disturbance towards disabled people who are passing by in wheelchairs and people with pushchairs please could we sort this issue out as soon as possible.   • We have had the gullies cleansed and removed all detritus including what looks like fat, photos have been taken and the gully will be monitored in due course.
