The holly hedge that is between my house in Bedford Street and the Broadway cemetery has grown so high that it covers my bathroom roof and is damaging it. I'm tired of complaining and the issue is getting worse each year. Please help.

Thanks for your enquiry regarding a Council owned tree.
A qualified tree surveyor has assessed your request and following a site visit has recommended works. On completion of the works you may feel the task undertaken may not fully address the issue raised. Aragon Direct Services employ qualified tree surveyors to undertake the inspections and all works recommended are in accordance within the guidance contained within the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028.
Continued management of all our trees forms an integral part of this strategy. Good morning, Josie
I am writing to you from the tree team at Aragon in relation to your enquiry regarding the holly hedge next to no.2. This is the second enquiry that I must apologise for missing this section of hedge next to your property due to hedge not being markable within system and enquiry was logged against the lime tree close to no.1. I have now reinspected the area and placed this section of holly hedge next to no.2 onto the system and have recommended this section to be cut to below the level of the metal fence to help negate the encroachment onto your property. This has now been raised into an order and passed to our subcontractors to be processed, our subcontractors are in charge of their workflow and this has just has been passed to them with this new recommendation to lower the fence height to be completed under standard priority so hopefully we shall see this section lowered in the next few weeks. The hedge is now on our system so hopefully we can keep on top of this issue in the future
Regards
Tom Wattsh
