Work not completed but closed down as fixed

Reported via mobile in the Litter or flytipping in a woodland category anonymously at 15:01, Wednesday 10 July 2024

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6214108.

Job 5902342 was raised previous to have the piled up tree branches that had been cut from contractors from council. Job was apparently closed down in error before and I raised a complaint off the back of this. I have emailed complaints team to chase a confirmed plan date for this all to be cleared up but had no response for 9 days. Had an email yesterday from PCC fix my street update to say work had been fixed. This hasn’t and is becoming ridiculous. This has been ongoing but local councillors raise cases and they are completed in a week or 2?
