Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6214065.

Cars parking on bends day and night had two near misses there myself Something need to be do also parking on the pavement as I can’t get my wheelchair round if I was not disable and moss would it made a difference (I don’t know ) I am also looking into putting into the papers
