• Thank you for your report on Fix My Street.

  As you have selected Yes that you have witnessed the event or know where it is coming from on the Fix My Street App, we can log this with our enforcement team to investigate, however before we can log this we would need to confirm if you are still willing to provide a written witness statement if required by the environmental enforcement team? Please note that Anonymous complaints are not permitted, however your details are kept confidential during the initial stage of the investigation. The enforcement team will discuss this in more detail if they need a written witness statement from you. If you have selected yes by mistake or do not want to provide a written witness statement, please let know and we can amend this so that the fly-tipping can be logged with Aragon Direct Services to clear if on PCC land, however If the fly-tipping is on private land, unfortunately it will be the owner’s responsibility to clear the waste.
