Mud and sand and litter on road.

Opposite no 72 everdon way on the road is mud and sand that has been dropped by a construction tipper lorry off it wheels. Also there iu general litter on the road aswell. Can this be swept up by a road sweeper if possible. Because the wet weather and cars going through the mud and sand are spreading it futher up the road and the litter too. Thankyou
