Two advertising banners have been tied to railings at road crossing points by NPT. The railings are not owned by NPT and I doubt any permission has been sought or given. One banner is as marked next to Whitwater and the other is on the footpath crossing railings opposite Wistow School. ( both are on Wistow Way) Can you confirm permission for this please to me.
