Litter spreading all over grassed areas

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6149284.

There is black bags piled high on the floor at the bins outside the flats. Bags have split open and waste has blown all over the nearby grassed areas. This has been like this now for some time. This is a punlic health risk as its going to attract vermin. Cross keys homes have been notifyed also. Between yourselves and cross keys can you please arrange to have all this rubbish removed and provide extra bins if required.
