Continual fly tipping

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6145800.

10 weeks ago we reported 21 maple grove for fly tipping. We rang and said someone will e in touch for the footage. Nobody has. The same house caused a riot this past Friday. Being dealt with bt your councillors. Multiple arrests. What's the point in this as you do nothing about it?
