Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6072985.

Good afternoon,

I’m afraid to say that your records are incorrect, as this is a PCC footpath and the bollard is in the middle of your path. You have replaced this in the past and any others along that section of the path from Oundle road to the Visitor Centre where your responsibility stops on that one.

I suggest someone comes to site if they haven’t looked at it already to see what I mean.
