Neighbour cleaned his garden and left all the rubbish outside. It's been like this for the past 4 weeks

  • Aragon Direct Services have updated this report to No Further Action, this may be that the items/issue is on Private land.
    Unfortunately, Aragon Direct Services do not remove any waste/litter/broken glass/dead animal or Graffiti from Private Land this includes Graffiti on bush shelters.
    For Graffiti on Bus Shelters, please use the Fix My Street App and select Bus Stop to report any damage or graffiti on Bus Shelters. This will go directly to the buses team for their attention to clear/remove.
    Your report will be investigated further by the customer services team, and you will be provided with an update directly for the reason as to why this report was put in a “No Further Action” state.
    In some cases, reports may have to be logged with the council's environmental enforcement team for further investigation.
