Bollard leaning

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6045338.

Bollard on grass verge outside 70 Cherry Orton Road PE2 5EH has been hit by a vehicle, and is now leaning over. This has happened previously. I have cut this verge for 50;years and endeavour to keep the verge looking tidy. The bollard will fall again if hit!
