Dog bin hinge damaged by mower

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6025533.

The red dog bin on the green has been hit by a mower the lower hinge is completely broken. This area of the bin is also heavily corroded. Because the hinge is broken, the door will not close and the poo bag holder keeps falling over. The whole bin needs replacing.
