Existing Drainage cover not level with surface

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5872765.

Existing drainage cover at the bell mouth of Hampton Way off Natures Way Hampton, cover lid level lower than existing surface level and loose. Wheel alignment when driving over cover lid vibrates and clearly rattling. Replacement required.
