Builder's rubbish, cushions and now a computer dumped near the children's play area on Welland Road Rec (Rocket Park). Second request. Previously refused clearance as ' on private land'. ref no 5530605. I have been assured that this park is still a Council possession so please action this request. If it is now private land please advise of the current owners. Many thanks.
