Middle of car park drain collasped

This has been outstanding for years, you send a team out to check and when i talk to them the workers say it needs a camera scan as drain has collasped but you never send a camera team pleas can you get thos sorted

  • This gully has been fully jetted and a cctv survey carried out, the problem was not a collapsed pipe but there was a 3 inch orange disc that was wedge in the pipe, thus restricting the flow, this disc was successfully removed and the lateral pipe survey through to its outfall with the Anglian Water surface water sewer.
