Thank you for your report,
Unfortunately, we will be unable to report this car as abandoned vehicle at this time, as it is very unlikely to fit the Abandoned Vehicle criteria as the tax only recently expired (less than 3 months) or the vechile has been there less than 3 months.
However as the car is untaxed and fits the nuisance vehicle criteria customer services have reported this car to the DVLA directly to investigate.
If there is an obstruction of the road or pavement or blocking drive this is the responsibility of the police to investigate and enforce, and they can be contacted on 101.
People often confuse a genuinely abandoned vehicle that PCC enforcement team have the powers to tackle and remove, with a nuisance and/or untaxed vehicle we can't do anything about. In making this decision the Investigating Officer will consider a range of factors such as the age and condition of the vehicle, whether it is in tax, and anything that indicates that the vehicle is not in regular use. Please see below link on what PCC deal with and how you can report other issues. https://www.peterborough.gov.uk/ residents/ saferpeterborough/ abandoned-vehicles
