Rubbish dumped on public footpath

Sent to Peterborough City Council 6 hours, 10 minutes later. Council ref: 5235404.

A double mattress and microwave oven have been dumped on the path, outside 49 Albany Walk, PE2 9JW. The mattress is causing an obstruction as it has been placed behind 3 wheelie bins which are now blocking the path
