Despite hedges trimmed light still blocked

This has been reported several times but you failed to give your contractors proper instruction. They trimmed the hedges up to 6 or 7 feet but NOT the overhanging hedges below the lamp. It is extremely dark and therefore dangerous. Please do the job properly. This has been caused by years of not trimming the hedges enough. They should be removed completely or cut down in height and width dramatically.
