Looks to be 2 sofas dumped on the public walk way. Could be dangerous if it fell on a child. Hard for pushchairs or mobility scooters to get by

    Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. Aragon Direct Services are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the landowner.
