Large overgrown hedgerow and weeds

This area is unsightly and damaging. Not to mention dangerous. It is hugely overgrown and needs a complete cut down. The underpass is regularly used by dog walkers, cyclists and local residents as a cut through, but this area now feels unsafe due to how overgrown it is particularly in darker hours. The weeds have started growing up the adjacent house which undoubtedly could cause some structural damage.
