Hi, i just want to complain that our neighbour (45 Butmer Road) doesn't pick up their dog poo after their dog poop near to my windows (front and side) windows which it causes smell and does not care at all. My flat mate told the dog owner next door that after their dog poop, they must pick it up but still does not listen. We tried contacting the owner by knocking and seem doesn't respond even they are home. Its been like this for a while now. We tried talking to the landlord and it seems that there is also no respond.
