Litter & full bins on public footpath & bridge

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4324583.

Peterborough City Hospital has received numerous complaints about the litter and general condition of the footpath and footbridge that lead from the hospital site across into Bretton, that leads to the footpath between Cleatham and Middleton. PCH's grounds and gardens contractor has ensured the litter and bins on PCH land have been cleared, but the footpath and bridge that we believe are Street Care or Highways responsibility remain in a poor state, and do not appear to have been given any attention for several months. Please can this be rectified?
