Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4324130.

Split bags of rubbish and green and black bins that dont belong to the property that have been overflowing for 2 months and 3 reports! Corner verge full of split black bags that have rats around them that chase children when the go and come back from school. Again 3 reportings over 2 months. Next time I will just send the reports and the pictures to Peterborough Today & Peterborough Matters!.

  • We were unable to clear this fly tip. It may be that we were unable to locate it or it may have been on private land.

    Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. We are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the land owner.

    Whilst we cannot provide further details at this time, residents can obtain information on land ownership through HM Land Registry if required. In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further. Therefore, this job has not been completed.
