I just reported fly tipping in Hallaton Road and medbourne gardens and immediately got a response saying that as this was private land and nothing could be done. I can assure you that the photos i have sent you are of a public foot path and not private land at all, Please respond M french

  • Thank you for your report, Customer Services can see that this has already been reported and the environmental enforcement officer is currently investigating the waste, once the investigation is completed the enforcement officer will arrange with Aragon Direct Services to clear up the waste if on PCC Land, if this is on private land the owner will be notified to clear the waste.
