Bin needs replacing

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4167229.

Bin was destroyed by fire, previously reported and shown as fixed. it has not been fixed, the bin need replacing I want explanation as why this job keeps getting closed when it has not been dealt with.

I shall continue to report this until someone explains why this has not been dealt with.

This has also now been report the Lonugville Parish council
