Rubbish everywhere
Reported via mobile in the General fly tipping category anonymously at 20:41, Fri 20 January 2023
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4155022.
The littering along the parkways is quite frankly depressing. Peterborough is supposed to be the environmental capital of the UK. Its awful and this needs addressing. I'm sure there are laws against this behaviour why aren't they used. I am going to look into my rights as a citizen because its affecting my mental health. I want action because thus is disgusting and disgraceful.

We were unable to clear this fly tip. It may be that we were unable to locate it or it may have been on private land.
Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. We are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the land owner.
Whilst we cannot provide further details at this time, residents can obtain information on land ownership through HM Land Registry if required. In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further. Therefore, this job has not been completed.
State changed to: No further action

Thank you for your report.
For the A47 litter clearing , Aragon Direct would need to wait for lane closures to carry out the works this is usually done during the night.
On the A1 we have some lay bys and would need to wait for Highways England to cut back vegetation (if any) before litter can be cleared up.
Kind regards CCP Customer Services
