High hazard / risk to pedestrians

Firstly I request this report is also sent to our council leader Mr Wayne Fitzgerald. Cowgate has become a dumping ground for car parking. These cars are parking fully on the pavement totally bloccking the path. Cars are also driving on the paths almost pushing pedestrians out of the way as if they have priority. Its getting worse and worse and sombody is going to get badly injured. Maybe make cowgate pedestrian only ? I cant see how a nearby pizza restaraunt is made to remove a canopy ( quoting its conservation area) when we have as many as 30 or 40 illegally parked vehicles almost evey evening in Cowgate plus the dangerous practice of driving on the paths while pedestians are on them walking. WHAT IS THE PLAN TO STOP THIS ?
