Parking on double yellow lines

Reported via desktop in the Car parking category anonymously at 08:46, Tue 6 December 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4017578.

There are increasing amounts of cars parking on double yellow line close to a busy junction. This leaves us in the middle of the road and approaching the junction blind to any traffic coming. One of the worse offenders is the letting agents, where trades vans and clients going to the building park. Today (06.12.22) there were numerous cars parked either side of the entrance to Swan Court which made it very difficult to see if the road was clear of traffic to turn into the road. The double yellow lines were put in to stop this problem but it is starting to creep back again.
