Reported via Android in the Public footpath or cyclepath category by Darren Fower (Boro LEGEND) at 19:39, Mon 5 December 2022
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later.
Council ref: 4016970.
Without these barriers, this area would be more easily accessible to those using adaptive cycles, such as handcycles, cargo cycles, and bicycles with tag-along trailers.
Noting that the local authority has an obligation under the Equality Act 2010, Section 20, can I please ask that these are removed as soon as possible.
Otherwise I fear the Council could be facing an issue in Court for a declaration, an injunction and damages for injuries to feelings, from some residents.
