House hold rubbish dumped down alley way

Reported via mobile in the General fly tipping category anonymously at 06:34, Sat 3 December 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4011844.

There is rubbish down the alley way that gives access to the rear of 14a and 14b Avon court. This has caused rats in the area and I believe this is a risk to life in the event of a fire as there's so much rubbish 14b wouldn't be able to get out the rear of the property very easily and the fire brigade would find it very difficult to access aswell. This issue has been on going for the last 12 - 18 month's. Thanks for taking the time to read my report hopefully something will be sorted now
