Washing machine and buggy by A15

Reported via mobile in the General fly tipping category anonymously at 10:33, Sat 19 November 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3976565.

Washing machine and buggy on bank by northbound A15. This was seen from the bridle way that runs parallel with the A15 and Hurn Road which leads to gasworks road. As you head north on this bridle way, it's about 100m from the Glinton self storage site that's on the left. The fly tip can be seen through the fence on the bank. It may not be accessible from the bridle way, but it's location can be found from there, then it can be collected from the parkway side. Any problems locating please get in touch I will try to explain

  • We were unable to clear this fly tip. It may be that we were unable to locate it or it may have been on private land.

Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. We are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the land owner.

Whilst we cannot provide further details at this time, residents can obtain information on land ownership through HM Land Registry if required. In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further. Therefore, this job has not been completed.

State changed to: No further action
