Surface water drain overflowing

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drainage gully category anonymously at 13:53, Wed 9 November 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3951358.

A drain in our garden is not draining and full of surface water, which is filling up the cellar. Anglian Water have visited today and have identified that the blockage is not one of its assets but believe that it is the surface water drainage which is blocked under the road.

  • First Drift is not part of our adopted public highway, as such we do not have any drainage assets within First Drift, we are aware there is numerous natural springs in the area which may be contributing to the issue?

State changed to: not the council's responsibility
