Repeated flooding of road and footpath Midland Rd

Reported via mobile in the Flooded road category anonymously at 18:41, Mon 7 November 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3946252.

Where Midland Road joins Thorpe Road opposite West Town primary school it repeatedly floods the road and the footpath. I have noticed this and had to find an alternative pedestrian route 3 times in the past month or so.

  • The 4 gully pots at this location were all clear, however fallen leaves had covered /blocked all the gully grates, thus preventing the surface water from entering the clear gully pots. The 4 gullies have all been cleansed and all detritus/leaves removed.

    State changed to: Fixed
