Begging / Rough sleeping with 10m of cash machine

Reported via desktop in the Public right of way - problem with access or damage category anonymously at 15:11, Wed 2 November 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3933308.

I read that begging is not to be allowed within 10m of a cash machine. Maybe the council should mark a 10m perimeter around every cash machine in cathedral square like we had the 2M covid rule. Its rules like this that make no sense at all ! In fact all begging and rough sleeping should not be allowed in the city centre only then will it be a safe and pleasant place to visit. Anyway this person is camped right outside next to the cash machine. Others nearby do the same.
