Base of bollards left exposed

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3917263.

Some workmen have removed the wooden bollards but left the metal bases exposed above the tarmac has people cycle along here because it is part of the cycle route these are now unlit and and are extremely dangerous
