Trees causing subsidence

Reported via desktop in the Tree is considered to be causing damage category anonymously at 18:33, Wed 26 October 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3917089.

Following a previous claim for subsidence to 17 Langley the trees in the shelter belt that were felled have grown back as they have not been managed. Damage to property has happened again. Following the previous claim Local Authority was put on notice that having been made aware of the issues the trees were causing that if this happened again due to the non management of the trees in the shelter belt the cost of works and excess would be covered by yourselves. I am making you aware that I have contacted my insurance company regarding damages to the property. I would appreciate contact from the appropriate department regarding this to discuss options to resolve this.
