Rubbish dumped yet again

There is a large amount of garden waste and other dirty soiled waste ( used nappies?) dumped at the side of Mosel walk right behind the fences of the houses on Oundle Rd. This area is often used for flytipping- I often try to clean it up myself but this is too disgusting and too much. I do not know if any of this filth contains used needles- I have reported drug equipment here several times in the past. It is now half term and children are playing here under the tree and on the grass- please clean this up asap. I do not know how long it has been here but from the state of it it is not new- some of the garden waste is from plastic greenery as well.
